Technical Consultant (30 Positions)
Job Description
1. Conduct site visits for lighting audits, energy-saving analysis, and technical consultations.
2. Understand client requirements for residential, commercial, industrial, and outdoor projects.
3. Recommend suitable lighting solutions including LED, solar, sensors, profiles, poles, and smart systems.
4. Explain ROI, power savings, and maintenance benefits to customers.
5. Prepare basic BOQs, layouts, and technical recommendations.
6. Coordinate with sales teams to support project closures.
7. Provide technical guidance to installation teams.
8. Handle post-installation technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
9. Train customers on product usage, sensors, and automation features.
10. Act as the technical representative of GLOLED at customer sites.
R & D Engineer (2 Positions)
Job Description
1. Design and develop LED drivers, luminaires, and smart lighting solutions.
2. Improve product efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
3. Design PCBs, select components, and conduct testing.
4. Develop new products based on market requirements.
5. Support production and QC teams with technical solutions.
6. Perform thermal, electrical, and lifespan testing.
7. Develop customized lighting solutions for projects.
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and BOMs.
9. Research and implement advanced technologies such as DALI, IoT, sensors, and solar hybrids.
10. Support certifications, compliance, and innovation initiatives.
Production Assistant Manager (2 Positions)
Job Description
1. Plan and monitor daily production targets.
2. Manage manpower, machinery, and materials effectively.
3. Coordinate with purchase, R&D, and QC departments.
4. Ensure production efficiency and minimize wastage.
5. Maintain production schedules and performance reports.
6. Plan shifts and track productivity.
7. Enforce SOP compliance and process discipline.
8. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
9. Support new product ramp-up and scaling.- 10. Maintain safety, discipline, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Quality Control (QC) Engineer (2 Positions)
Job Description
1. Inspect incoming raw materials.
2. Perform in-process quality checks.
3. Test finished LED and solar products.
4. Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, and internal standards.
5. Identify defects and conduct root cause analysis.
6. Coordinate with production and R&D teams for corrective actions.
7. Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
8. Reduce rejection rates and rework levels.
9. Conduct random audits and batch testing.
10. Support resolution of customer complaints and field failures.
